Adrian Rodriguez is the founder of Agora and a public policy leader dedicated to using technology, data, and design to build more inclusive civic systems. With a background in law, economics, and public service across Mexico and the United States, Adrian has led initiatives supporting Latino entrepreneurship, local procurement, and AI for good. He created Agora to bridge the gap between people and public power — turning policy insight and grassroots experience into digital tools that make civic participation more accessible, transparent, and effective.

Claudia Castillo, VP of Policy & Programs
Claudia Castillo is a PhD student in Disability Studies at the University of Illinois Chicago and a former Consul for Community Affairs at the Consulate General of Mexico in Chicago. With over a decade of experience in public policy, consular diplomacy, and community engagement, Claudia brings a deep commitment to equity and inclusion. Her work focuses on the intersections of disability, migration, and public service, rooted in a career dedicated to empowering marginalized communities. At Agora, she contributes her insight into inclusive design and civic accessibility, ensuring the tools we build reflect the realities and rights of the people we serve.

Dr. Mei Lin Tan, CTO
Dr. Mei Lin Tan is the Chief Technology Officer at Agora, where she leads the development of AI-driven civic tools that transform complex public data into accessible insights. With a PhD in Machine Learning from the University of Tokyo and a Master’s in Data Science from the National University of Singapore, Mei specializes in natural language processing, ethical AI, and scalable civic data systems. Her global experience spans roles at Google Research and cross-sector collaborations focused on transparency, fairness, and democratic innovation. At Agora, she bridges cutting-edge machine learning with public interest technology to empower informed civic participation.
